I am a temporary Research Fellow at the Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, Italy.
During the past years, I was involved in the research project FIRB Project [2006-2008]: NEP4B: Networked Peers for Business and in the research project IST FP6 STREP project [2006-2008]: STASIS: Software for Ambient Semantic Interoperable Services. Currently, I am involved in the Biogest-Siteia research project (Safety, Technologies and Innovation for the Agro-food sector).
I obtained the PhD degree at the International Doctorate School in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, in 2011.
My PhD advisor was Prof.ssa Sonia Bergamaschi. My PhD thesis: "Label Normalization and Lexical Annotation for Schema and Ontology Matching".
I am a member of the DBGroup research group at the Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia led by Prof.ssa Sonia Bergamaschi.
I am a co-founder of DataRiver, a Spin-Off of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia founded on June 2009 to deliver the Open Source version of the MOMIS Data Integration System.
My research interests are:

- Natural Language Processing
